Psychiatric Services
I provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, follow-up care, and care coordination when appropriate.
We can discuss concerns such as anxiety, panic, low mood, mood changes, attention and focus difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, sleep problems, and other changes affecting daily life. An evaluation helps clarify what you may be experiencing.
Diagnosis is based on a careful clinical evaluation of your symptoms, health history, current circumstances, and how these concerns may be affecting your life. A diagnosis is not assumed before the evaluation.
Treatment planning is the process of developing a personalized approach based on your needs, preferences, overall health, and goals. It may be updated as your needs change.
Yes. When appropriate and with the necessary permissions, care may include communication with other members of your healthcare team.
